CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF DATE

We would like to advise that our office will close from 23rd December to 3rd January.

Christmas deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, postal disruptions and COVID-19 restrictions; we recommend you place your order before the following date in order to receive your parcel by Christmas

International Customers:- 2nd December 2022

Australian Customers:- 9th December 2022

We will continue to despatch orders after the above date and right through the Christmas period.

SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING

Shipping: Due to the increasing freight costs globally we regrettably notify our customers that as of December 1st 2021 our Free Shipping minimum will increase, we apologise for the inconvenience. 

Free shipping on orders over $89 

Processing: We process and despatch orders from our Australian warehouse Monday through Thursday, in the order in which they are received.

Our orders are usually despatched within *24-48 hours, and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) by various deliveries partners through Australia Post International Mail.

From the time you place your order online, most orders will be delivered within *10-21 business days, depending on the delivery location and COVID restrictions. High volume production periods may delay delivery of your order.

Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

Note: We are unable to ship to a PO BOX address, our international carriers do not have this available, we apologise for any inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post or the USPS website.
