CHRISTMAS CLOSURE INFORMATION


As we wrap up another wonderful year, please note that our office will be closed from Wednesday, 24th December, and will reopen on Monday, 5th January.

Good news! Our hardworking despatch team will still be on deck during the week of 29th December to pack and ship any orders that come in—making sure your holiday goodies keep moving!

SHIPPING FEE

A $14.00 standard shipping fee is charged on orders under $89 Retail.


SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING

Processing: We process and despatch orders from our warehouse located in Australia.

We typically dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless these days fall on a public holiday.

On occasion, there may be delays that prevent us from shipping on those days. In such cases, we will make every effort to dispatch your order on the next business day.

From the time your order is shipped, most orders will be delivered within *10-21 business days, depending on the delivery location. 

High volume production periods may delay the despatch time and delivery of your order.

Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

Your parcel will be delivered via USPS, and you can track your order through the USPS website.

We highly recommend signing up for USPS’s notification service, Informed Delivery.


This service provides delivery updates and helps prevent missed deliveries or packages being left unattended and potentially stolen.

Note: We are unable to ship to a PO BOX address, our international carriers do not have this available, we apologise for any inconvenience.

*Expected Delivery delays. - Deliveries times may be impacted globally. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, such as customs delays, festive season postal disruptions.

ORDER TRACKING

If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post or the USPS website.

 

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES WITH DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

  1. Take a photo of the box, contents, packing slip and any damage on the goods.
  2. Do not discard any items and box as it might be required to inspect by post office/courier.
  3. Contact your local post office and ask a damage report
  4. Send us all above details to support@one.organic
