This Privacy Policy is made by One Group Unit Trust trading as Miessence (collectively, "ONEgroup", "we", "us" or "our"). We have always cared about your information you provide to us and appreciate the trust you put in us to treat it carefully and sensibly. The goal of this policy is to make explicit the information we gather on our customers and users, how we will use it.

Information ONEgroup collects and controls
We collect information about you only if we need the information for some legitimate purpose. ONEgroup will have information about you only if you have provided the information yourself, or we have automatically collected the information.

Information that you provide us

Product Purchase
When you purchase products from our website, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, shipping address, and payment details to complete the order and deliver your goods. Your payment details supplied for an online purchase are not stored by us, but simply supplied to our payment gateway and once the payment has concluded the payment details are erased.
